"I am amazed at Chris’s knowledge and sales skills. He came out, met with me, discussed everything he was going to do and gave me an estimate on what he thought he could sell the home for. I was in a middle of a divorce and several months later, during mediations the judge suggested giving the sale of the home to my ex. It came down to the value of the home. The judge called several realtors who quoted him a price of 30k less than what Chris said he could sell it for. I asked the judge to call Chris, which he did, Chris gave the judge his thoughts on what he could sell the house for. In a nut shell, Chris had 3 days to get the house on the market, according to the divorce decree, which he did, with great pictures. Then sold the house in three weeks during the Corona virus pandemic. Nothing short of frecking amazing!!! He will be well recommended!!!"
