"I am amazed at Chris’s knowledge and sales skills. He came out, met with me, discussed everything he was going to do and gave me an estimate on what he thought he could sell the home for. I was in a middle of a divorce and several months later, during mediations the judge suggested giving the sale of the home to my ex. It came down to the value of the home. The judge called several realtors who quoted him a price of 30k less than what Chris said he could sell it for.
